Answers to your questions
Although it is more attractive to join with an existing clientele, this is not a prerequisite. However, it is important that any entrepreneur joining Delegatus has an entrepreneurial spirit and a business plan in mind.
All our lawyers, notaries and paralegals have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a renowned law firm or company.
For over 15 years, Delegatus has been operating in the heart of historic Old Montreal. While you have the flexibility to work from wherever you like, you’re welcome in our bright, collaborative offices. You can also hold meetings with your clients in one of our conference rooms.
Yes, you are free to choose your work environment and geographic location, while still being able to access Delegatus offices at any time.
From the outset, a structured process is in place to inform, guide and support the integration process, in particular through mentoring. Every six weeks, the entire collective, i.e. entrepreneurs and collaborators, meet together. In addition, lunches bringing together entrepreneur-lawyers from all areas of expertise are organized to encourage sharing of ideas and to help them get to know each other better. It’s these simple initiatives that make for a stronger collective!
