“My primary focus is helping organizations protect, manage, and maximize the value of their trademarks, both in Canada and internationally, through practical, efficient, and results-driven guidance.”
As a Trademark Agent, Emmanuelle advises businesses on the protection, registration, and management of their trademark portfolios in Canada and internationally. She partners with business teams to develop intellectual property strategies that support their commercial objectives while overseeing the trademark processes required to implement them.
Drawing on experience gained both in-house and in private practice, Emmanuelle has developed a comprehensive understanding of the entire trademark lifecycle. She assists clients with a wide range of matters, including trademark clearance searches, registrability opinions, trademark applications, responses to examiner objections, and the preparation of written arguments. She also acts as a liaison between business teams and local trademark agents worldwide, supports the negotiation of coexistence agreements, and manages multi-jurisdictional trademark portfolios.
Emmanuelle is fluent in French and English with a strong working knowledge of Spanish.
Prior to joining Delegatus, Emmanuelle worked at Nestlé Global Services Canada Ltd. (formerly Atrium Innovations Inc.).
