Julia Portelance

Julia is a business lawyer who specializes in mergers and acquisitions. She also practices in corporate and commercial law, positions herself as a business partner for her clients and assists them in the negotiation, drafting and conclusion of strategic transactions and commercial agreements. Her project management skills, rigor and determination are assets that set her apart and allow her to generate concrete solutions for her clients.
