With over 15 years of experience, Catherine Fugère-Lamarre is a lawyer with a general business law practice and a particular expertise in governance. As a consultant and strategist, she supports a diverse clientele at both national and international levels in their growth, particularly in meeting their commercial and corporate needs.

As General Manager, investor, and lawyer, she was involved in a wide range of matters, from restructuring SME governance bodies to optimize their ability to raise capital, to negotiating investment transactions.
