My role is to help my clients clarify their personal, family, and corporate ambitions, and implement tax strategies that will enable them to achieve those goals.
A seasoned notary and tax specialist, Catherine Tremblay brings over 25 years of experience in estate, testamentary, and corporate planning, gained while working with Quebec SMEs and their shareholders. Catherine provides personalized guidance across all areas of her clients’ activities, corporate, personal, and even charitable, always with tax considerations in mind. She is particularly involved in estate planning for entrepreneurs and their families, corporate restructuring, estate settlement, and the creation of inter vivos or testamentary trusts.
Her clientele ranges from the simplest to the most complex profiles. In situations involving foreign jurisdictions or requiring the expertise of multiple professionals, Catherine acts as a conductor, coordinating all parties to ensure a coherent and harmonized approach that serves the client’s objectives.
Catherine has extensive experience in private practice, having worked within legal, accounting, and professional firms throughout her career. Prior to joining the Collective, she spent more than 20 years in private practice with leading law firms. This background has enabled her to develop a unique approach based on active listening and a comprehensive understanding of her clients’ realities, ensuring tailored solutions to meet their needs.
