With experience gained in several law firms specializing in intellectual property and corporate law in both France and Canada, Chloé has developed solid legal expertise. She supports her clients’ success by protecting their intellectual property assets and ensuring that their structure is protected, allowing them to focus fully on their growth and development. She also works closely with business partners, such as advertising and marketing agencies, to provide integrated support on the legal aspects of trademark protection, from design to registration and enforcement.
Chloé also assists her clients in complying with Quebec’s Bill 96, the Act respecting the official and common language of Quebec, French, a valuable asset for companies wishing to ensure their presence and development in the Quebec market while complying with the language requirements in force.
Chloé started her legal career in France, where she worked as a corporate law paralegal for a law firm in Paris. She then held several intellectual property roles in Montreal, first as a legal assistant in the patent sector, then as a trademark paralegal. Prior to joining Delegatus, Chloé was a paralegal and trademark agent in training at Propulsio 360, a boutique firm offering legal and business services to entrepreneurs.
