Serina Oshriyeh

In addition to being Manager of Legal Affairs and Practice Support at Delegatus, Serina has been a paralegal for over 15 years. With extensive experience in private practice, she has specialized in civil litigation throughout her career.

Serina has extensive experience in cases before the Court of Québec, the Superior Court, the Québec Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court of Canada, the Tribunal administratif du logement and arbitration tribunals. She is mainly involved in real estate and construction law, an area in which she has developed her own clientele. She is actively involved in litigation, whether as plaintiff or defendant, and the complexity of a case is a source of motivation for her.

Serina stands out for her writing skills and solid procedural knowledge. She is also called upon to conduct jurisprudential, doctrinal and legislative research, as well as research in various registers

Serina has worked in numerous law firms throughout her career, notably as a paralegal, and later as a manager of administrative teams. Among these are: Ménard Martin Avocats, Crochetière Pétrin, Fiset Légal Inc., and Novalex, which was acquired by Delegatus in 2024.
