Serina Oshriyeh

Paralegal for over 15 years, Serina focuses her practice on civil and commercial litigation. She is primarily involved in real estate and construction law matters, a field in which she has developed her own clientele. Her active participation in legal proceedings, whether representing plaintiffs or defendants, is driven by her motivation to tackle complex cases.

Serina has extensive experience in private practice, having worked on cases brought before the Court of Québec, the Superior Court, the Québec Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court of Canada, the Administrative Housing Tribunal, and various arbitration boards. She stands out for her strong drafting skills and thorough procedural knowledge. She is also regularly called upon to conduct jurisprudential, doctrinal, and legislative research, as well as searches in various registries.

Serina has worked in numerous law firms throughout her career, notably as a paralegal, and later as a manager of administrative teams. Among these are: Ménard Martin Avocats, Crochetière Pétrin, Fiset Légal Inc., and Novalex, which was acquired by Delegatus in 2024.
