In these roles, she was responsible for drafting, analyzing, and negotiating various commercial contracts in the fields of technology, intellectual property, and entertainment, particularly for the companies’ international branches. She advised internal teams on different risk management strategies, developed legal guidelines, and established various training programs and policies.
Alexandra interned and then worked as a lawyer at Sodavex, a boutique law firm specializing in environmental law. There, she represented clients before various civil courts and administrative bodies in cases involving environmental law, municipal law, administrative law, and expropriation.
