Biography
Antoine focuses his notarial practice primarily on real estate law, financing and commercial transactions.
Having been called upon to advise his clients from project planning to final closing, he has an excellent understanding of the various considerations inherent in a real estate transaction. He has acted as legal advisor in the implementation of various large-scale real estate projects, which has enabled him to develop an applied understanding of real estate law, particularly with regards to the verification of real estate titles as well as the negotiation and drafting of various deeds associated with this practice.
Antoine also has extensive experience in commercial financing. He has frequently been called upon to set up complex financings involving various players in the banking system.
His thoroughness, excellent communication skills and in-depth understanding of the business environment enable him to provide his clients with strategic support tailored to their diverse needs.
Experience in private practice
Prior to joining Delegatus, Antoine practiced corporate and commercial law with Groupe RDL Avocats + Notaires, then commercial financing with Sylvestre Avocats Notaires. He began his career in general notarial practice with Véronique Lessard, Notary.

In 2012, Antoine founded the Sherbrooke division of MADD Canada, an organization dedicated to raising awareness and preventing drinking and driving. He also served as President of the organization from 2012 to 2015, leading to media appearances and advanced training in intervention with vulnerable people.
He was also first advanced medical responder with Ambulance Saint-Jean from 2009 to 2011, providing emergency medical services at various events.
