With over 15 years of experience, Marie-Christine focuses her practice on governance, on ethics and compliance, while also providing business law advice, particularly regarding money laundering and corruption. Throughout her career, she has held legal advisory and management roles in major Quebec and global corporations, thereby developing strong skills in corporate governance, strategic planning, and management.
Marie-Christine has specific expertise in ethics and compliance programs, including their development, implementation, and management. She creates programs tailored to her clients’ business and legal realities, and offers the possibility to standardize the programs for implementation across their various branches, including those overseas. Having undertaken assignments in over twenty countries worldwide, she possesses in-depth and diverse knowledge of business, regulatory, economic, and socio-cultural issues.
As a former manager, she also has extensive experience in project management, crisis management, and conflict of interest management, particularly regarding settlement agreements. She also provides investigative services, as well as legal advice on risks related to investments in emerging countries, class actions, special projects, and responsible investments.
Marie-Christine served as a legal advisor and ethics and compliance manager at major international corporations for over 10 years. She then worked as counsel at Novalex before joining Delegatus.
