Marie-Ève Bois

With nearly 10 years of experience, Marie-Ève specializes in corporate financing, as well as mergers and acquisitions. She also advises her clients on corporate law, particularly regarding the various stages of their company’s development. Her role encompasses everything from structuring to the implementation of shareholders’ agreements, including strategy and drafting various commercial agreements, assisting in critical financing round negotiations, and concluding mergers and acquisitions transactions. She works primarily with companies in the technology and services sectors, and collaborates with business leaders, legal departments, managers, and investors.

Marie-Ève is particularly committed to contributing to her clients’ growth and protecting their interests. Her background in private practice, in-house roles, and leading a legal firm has made her a sharp lawyer who understands the different perspectives of the parties involved in a case and is attentive to her clients’ business interests. Marie-Ève previously co-led a specialized firm that supported startups and focused on technology law. She also practiced at several Montreal-based firms, serving both local and international business clients.
