Marie-Ève is a trusted advisor focusing her practice in business law, and more specifically in private mergers and acquisition and corporate finance. With over 15 years’ experience, she’s developed sharp business negotiation skills through her involvement in major transactions within various industries, including in the fields of technologies, medical technologies, entertainment, retail and venture capital. She assists business owners, financial institutions and investors on a daily basis with the planning and roll-out of strategic operations and provides them guidance on maximizing the protection of their rights and investments. She also assists her clients in the negotiation, drafting and execution of various agreements.

After practicing in the business and securities law team of a leading national law firm in Montreal and London (UK), she decided to pursue her entrepreneurial spirit and founded a boutique business law firm, which she managed for nearly 5 years, before and working as partner at Novalex and joining Delegatus. At Delegatus, Marie-Ève leads the internal transactional law and business law team.
