Marilie Sabourin-Bouchard

Marilie focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, employment and labour law, as well as corporate and commercial law. She has solid transactional experience, having participated in numerous large-scale transactions in a wide range of fields. From SMEs to large corporations, she assists her clients in drafting and reviewing purchase agreements and closing documents within a transactional framework, and supports start-ups in their search for financing.

With her experience in labour law, Marilie advises her clients on all employment law issues, including employment and termination contracts, the application of labour standards and labour relations issues. She also supports her clients in their various contract drafting and review needs, as well as in corporate law, including the maintenance of company books.
