With more than 20 years in private practice as part of the litigation group of an international firm, she has represented clients before all level of Quebec courts, notably in the enforcement of guarantees and in banking litigation, including bankruptcy, real estate and mortgage fraud, title issues, construction liens and professional liability.
Accredited to conduct psychological harassment investigations in the workplace, she assists her clients with rigor. In addition to legal concerns, Julie understands the human issues behind every situation. Her communication and unparalleled listening skills and experience in the legal industry make her an invaluable investigator and legal advisor.
Prior to joining Delegatus, Julie was a lawyer-investigator with PDRSA, a firm specializing in the prevention and resolution of workplace disputes.
Previously, Julie practiced for over 20 years with a major international law firm, where she represented clients before all levels of Quebec courts. As a member of the firm’s Recovery Services Group, she offered a complete management service for defaulting loans portfolios. She was eventually named co-leader of the said group and has been a member of the firm’s Student and Articling Recruitment Committee and Diversity and Inclusion Council. She was also a member of the Montreal Office Management Committee for three years.
