Since 2010, Ann-Sophie has been practicing in complex and politicized environments, ranging from the public sector to nonprofit organizations. Passionate about governance and ethics and compliance, she also practices in corporate secretariat, regulatory affairs and administrative law, privacy and confidentiality, as well as education law.
With her in-depth understanding of organizational issues in both the public and private sectors, Ann-Sophie provides comprehensive support services for her clients: from bill analysis and organizational diagnostics to the implementation of action plans, tool development, and the establishment of control measures. She assists them in the drafting and review of contracts and legal documents to ensure their compliance, particularly in matters of personal data protection (Law 25), the Charter of the French Language, lobbying, and many others.
Ann-Sophie has a keen interest in creating healthy organizational climates, offering workplace psychological harassment investigation services and acting as a mediator for all organizational disputes. Her strong communication skills also enable her to develop and deliver training sessions for all audiences, including board members. In her role, she received and handled ethical complaints and advised administrators on various related issues. She also collaborated in the development of training programs on various ethical issues and created guides to assist administrators in their reflections on these matters, particularly regarding conflicts of interest and deontological issues.
Ann-Sophie worked at the Commission de la construction du Québec, first as an operations advisor in the strategic coordination management team, and then as a training consultant in the professional training management team. She also practiced at the Conseil interprofessionnel du Québec as legal affairs officer, and later as acting director of legal affairs.
Prior to joining Delegatus, she served as Secretary General for the Centre de services scolaire de Montréal, actively participating in the transformation of school governance in Montreal.
Ann-Sophie began her career as a lawyer at Chabot, médiateurs-avocats and Ravinsky Ryan Lemoine before moving to the public sector.
